混凝土外加剂减水率检测误差分析

Analysis on Testing Error of Water Reducing Rate of Concrete Admixture

在参加省级混凝土外加剂检测能力验证过程中发现:同一混凝土外加剂样品,不同单位的检测结果偏差较大。本文通过对检测全过程的分析,找出了影响检测结果的多个因素,提出了需要关注的关键过程和操作,可减少检测误差,提高混凝土外加剂减水率检测结果的准确性。

After taking part in the verification process of testing capability of concrete admixtures at provincial level, it is found that the detection results of the same concrete admixtures by different enterprise has large deviation. By analyzing the whole detection process, many factors that affect the results are found, the key processes and operations which are needed to be concerned are put forward. Detection error is reduced and the accuracy of the test results of concrete admixture water reducing rate is improved.
