摘要
对川煤某集团洗煤尾泥的物质成分特点及其在不同条件下煅烧磨细后产物的火山灰活性进行了研究,对掺不同煅烧条件下的煤泥所制水泥净浆用TG-DTG法分析了煅烧条件与其火山灰活性的关系。结果表明,该洗煤尾泥主要由高岭石和伊利石组成,并含有少量的石英和方解石,其烧失量为31.3%,发热量为1875kcal/kg;当煅烧温度为850℃,保温1.5h,磨细至D_(90)=20μm左右时,其28d活性指数达97%左右,具有良好的火山灰活性,可用于水泥活性混合材和混凝土活性掺合料;对掺不同活性指数的煅烧煤泥所制水泥净浆试样进行TG-DTG分析表明,水泥净浆在不同温度区域的失重情况与煅烧煤泥活性指数变化规律一致。
The characteristics of the material composition and the pozzolanic activity which after calcination fine grinding under the different conditions of the coal-washing railings in the Sichuan-coal Group were studied systematically, and the relation'ship between calcination condition and pozzolanic activity was analyzed by TG-DTG method of cement paste under the different calcination conditions. The results show that the coal-washing tailings mainly consist of kaolinite and illite, and contain a small amount of quartz and calcite, the calorific loss is 31.3%, the heat is 1875kcal/kg; when the calcination temperature is 850℃, the thermal insulation is 1.5h, the activity index of 28d is about 97% when milled to D90=20μm, with better pozzolanic activity, it can be used in cement active mixture and concrete active admixture. The TG- DTG analysis of cement paste samples made from calcined slime with different activity index shows that the weight loss of slime-cement slurry in different temperature regions is consistent with that of calcined slime activity index.
