肌肉减少症与心血管疾病相关研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 肌肉减少症是指进行性、广泛性骨骼肌质量下降和功能减退。高龄、骨骼肌废用、营养不足、全身慢性炎症、合成代谢障碍等均与肌肉减少症的发生发展密切相关,心血管疾病与肌肉减少症可合并存在,使患者运动耐量和生活质量进一步下降,死亡率增加。我国老龄化速度加快,心血管病及肌肉减少症患者数量攀升,由此带来的老年人丧失劳动力与活动能力等健康问题值得关注。
