柴油机低温冷起动预热方法的特点及选择

本文从汽车运用技术条件的角度界定了发动机的三种起动状态,分析了柴油发动机低温冷起动过程存在的主要问题;对比了目前柴油机经常采用的低温冷起动的技术方式、使用要求及其主要特点,提出了预热方法选择应考虑的主要因素和基本选择原则。

Three engine starting states were defined from the perspective the vehicle operation technical conditions, and main problems existing in diesel engine cold start process were analyzed. The current often used technology approaches, operation re- quirements and main features of diesel engine low temperature cold start had been compared. Major factors and basic principles should be considered in preheating method selection process were proposed.
