The Establishment, Evolution and Revelation of the Japanese Standardization Law

日本标准化法律制度对我国标准化法的修改具有一定的参考价值。本文从历史的角度考查日本标准化法律制度的确立背景与演进过程,重点梳理和评价了日本标准化法律制度历次改革的主要内容,其中标准化政策与标准化法律制度的关系等经验,值得我们借鉴。

With regard to revising the Chinese Standardization Law, the Japanese Standardization law and policies serve as valuable references are worth learning. This paper takes a historical perspective in examining the Japanese Standardization Law, especially the background, establishment, and the development process of this Law. In addition, this paper focuses on unraveling all past and current Standardization Law reforms in Japan, evaluating their contents, as well as critical analyzing this reform approach. Essentially, valuable lessons can be drawn from these positive experiences to benefit China, such as how to deal with the relationship between Japan＇s standardization policies and law.
