国内外绿色设计标准现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Green Design Standard at Home and Abroad

随着全球范围内对资源环境的重视程度不断加大,绿色壁垒以及绿色标准在国际贸易中影响越来越大,消费者的绿色消费需求和社会的绿色发展需求愈加强烈,我国对绿色发展的重视也上升到国家发展战略的高度。绿色设计从设计之初便考虑产品全生命周期对能源、资源环境的影响,是一种绿色可持续的设计方式。目前不少文献对国内外绿色设计相关法规、政策及标准化进展进行了总结,大多将重点集中于电子电工领域和各国的法规、指令。本文从绿色设计标准入手,对国内外现有绿色设计相关标准进行较为全面的汇总、整理和分析,为绿色设计及标准化领域的研究者和工作者整体了解绿色设计标准化的进展情况提供参考和借鉴。

As the importance of resource and environment is increasing worldwide, green barriers and green standards are becoming more and more important in international trade, and consumers＇ green consumption demand and social green development demand are also stronger. China＇s emphasis on green development has also increased to the height of national development strategy. Green design considers the impact on energy and resource environment during the all product life cycle at the beginning of design stage, and it＇s a green and sustainable design method. At present, many literatures have summarized the relevant regulations, policies and standardization of green design at home and abroad, and most of them focused on the field of electronic and electrical engineering as well as national regulations and directives. This paper focuses on green design standards, and the relevant standards of green design at home and abroad are summarized, sorted and analyzed. This paper aims to provide reference for researchers and workers in the field of green design and standardization to understand the progress of green design standardization.
