This paper introduces the process of using static volumetric method of oil flow standard device to field verification the liquid positive displacement flowmeter for oil products trade settlement in the oil depot, and evaluates measurement uncertainty of relative error. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the establishment of the standard for the static volumetric method of oil flow standard device.
