淤积性皮炎并发小汗腺汗孔瘤一例

A case of stasis dermatitis complicated by eccrine poroma

89岁男性患者,双下肢肿胀、血管迂曲20余年,左踝外侧皮肤反复溃破、结痂3年。皮肤科查体:左踝部紫色及褐色色素沉着斑,斑片上可见3个绿豆大小糜烂面,组织病理符合小汗腺汗孔瘤及淤积性皮炎诊断。肿瘤经局部手术切除治疗,术后伤口愈合良好。

The patient presented with swelling and vascular tortuosity on the both lower extremity for more than 20 years, and ulceration and scab repeatedly on left ankle lateral skin for 3 years. Dermatology examination showed purple and brown pigmentation, and mung bean size erosions on the left ankle. Based on these clinical features and histopathological findings, the final diagnosis of coexistence of stasis dermatitis with eccrine poroma was determined. The patient received local excision and the wound healed well.
