俞景茂运用养血疏风法治疗小儿过敏性疾病经验

YU Jingmao's Experience in Treating Infantile Allergic Diseases by the Method of Nourishing Blood and Dispelling Wind

俞景茂教授认为,小儿过敏性疾病大多与风有关,常在辨证的基础上灵活运用风药疏风升散。考虑到风邪可入血分,患儿病久易风血相搏,多运用养血疏风之法治疗此类疾病,在治疗中常加活血养血药物。选取异位性皮炎、荨麻疹、支气管哮喘、过敏性鼻炎的典型病案,对养血疏风法治疗小儿过敏性疾病的临床运用进行实例分析。

Professor YU Jingmao holds that most of the infantile allergic diseases relate to wind. Based on syndrome differentiation,Prof. YU often uses wind herbs skillfully to dispel wind,ascend and disperse. Considering wind pathogen might invade xuefen,children patients＇ aeipathia might make wind and blood contend with each other.In treatment,Prof. YU often adds herbs of promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood,often using the method of nourishing blood and dispelling wind to treat the disease. Typical medical cases of atopic dermatitis,urticaria,asthma and allergic rhinitis are selected to analyze the clinical application of nourishing blood and dispelling wind method in treating infantile allergic diseases.
