中医药防治HIV/AIDS免疫重建不良研究思路

Research Thoughts of Chinese Medicine in Prevention and Treatment of Poor Immune Reconstruction in HIV/AIDS

随着高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)在全球范围内的迅速推广,人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)免疫重建不良已成为HAART后时期HIV/AIDS临床治疗的难点之一。中医药在机体免疫调节方面具有广阔的应用前景,在HIV/AIDS免疫重建不良研究现状探讨的基础上,结合中医药防治HIV/AIDS免疫重建不良的临床实践,提出开展HIV/AIDS免疫重建不良发生的危险因素及中医特点研究、中医药防治HIV/AIDS免疫重建不良的临床方案研究、制定中西医结合防治HIV/AIDS免疫重建不良综合策略三个方面的研究思路,以发挥中医药的特色优势,促进HIV/AIDS免疫重建,从而提升艾滋病临床防治水平。

With rapid global promotion of highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART）,the poor immune reconstitution in HIV/AIDS has become one of the difficulties in the treatment of HIV/AIDS in the post-HAART period.Chinese medicine has broad application prospects in the immune regulation. On the basis of the current research on the poor immune reconstruction in HIV/AIDS,this article puts forward research thoughts in three aspects,including 1） research on risk factors and Chinese medicine characteristics,2） research on clinical protocols and 3） research on multi-strategy based on integrative medicine,combined with the clinical practice of preventing and treating the poor immune construction in HIV/AIDS in Chinese medicine,to give full play to the special advantages of Chinese medicine and promote the immune reconstruction in HIV/AIDS,and thus the clinical prevention and treatment of AIDS will be promoted.
