摘要
为研究异形空芯结构对多元复合滤棒(即空芯复合滤棒)压降的影响,制备了13种不同结构的空芯复合滤棒,考察了空芯基棒截面面积比、空芯基棒截面形状、空芯基棒长度及长度占比等因素对空芯复合滤棒压降的影响规律。利用空芯复合滤棒的压降偏移率进行了数据分析。结果表明:(1)同系列复合滤棒,空芯基棒截面形状相同时,空芯基棒截面面积比与复合滤棒压降偏移率呈正相关;空芯基棒截面面积比相同时,空芯基棒截面形状对复合滤棒压降偏移率影响较小。(2)空芯结构在空芯复合滤棒中长度相同时,空芯段长度占比与复合滤棒压降偏移率呈正相关;空芯段长度占比相同时,空芯基棒的长度与复合滤棒压降偏移率呈负相关。(3)在试验基础上,讨论了空芯复合滤棒压降偏移率影响因素,并拟合得到了异形空芯结构的因素与复合滤棒压降偏移率的多元线性回归方程,该模型能够解释92.0%因变量的变化。
In order to study the influence of special cavity structure on the pressure drop of multiple combined filter rods, 13 kinds of cavity combined filter rods of different structure were prepared. The factors including cross-sectional area ratio, cross-sectional shape, length and length proportion of cavity base rod were investigated. Data analysis was conducted with the deviation rate of pressure drop (DRPD) of cavity combined filter rods. The results showed that: 1) When the cross-sectional shape of the cavity base rods was the same, the cross-sectional area ratio of the cavity base rod positively correlated to the DRPD of cavity combined filter rods of the same series. 2) At the same cross-sectional area ratio of the cavity base rod, the cross-sectional shape of the cavity base rod slightly affected the DRPD of the combined filter rod of the same series. 3) At the same cavity structure length, the length proportion of the cavity section positively correlated to the DRPD of the combined filter rod. 4) At the same length proportion of cavity section, the length of the cavity base rod negatively correlated to the DRPD of the combined filter rod. On the basis of experimental results, the factors influencing the DRPD of cavity combined filter rod were discussed. The multiple linear regression equations between special cavity structure factors and the DRPD of combined filter rod were fitted, which explained 92.0% of the variations in the dependent variables.
