摘要
文章从伏气温病角度探讨放射性肺损伤的病机、临床表现和治疗原则。认为可以用伏气温病学说解释放射性肺损伤的发病规律、疾病性质、发病部位等,放射性肺损伤病机为火热深伏营血分,痰热壅肺,络脉瘀滞,导致气机阻滞,气虚无力祛邪外达,此与伏气温病的"怫热郁结"病机相一致。治以清热滋阴、理气化痰、活血化瘀、透热转气、补益为法则,治法关键在于透热转气。
This paper discusses the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation and therapeutic principles of radiation-induced lung injury(RILI) based on the perspective of the theory of warm disease caused by incubating pathogens. The RILI, including law of disease, pathogenicity and the location of disease, can be explained by theory of warm disease caused by incubating pathogens. The pathogenesis of RILI are heat incubating Xuefen, phlegm-heat obstructing lung and collaterals stasis, which lead to qi movement stasis and qi is too deficiency and weakness to eliminate pathogenic factor. Above all are similar with one of the pathogenesis of warm disease caused by incubating pathogens called ‘stagnation of stagnated heat'. Therapeutic principles are nourishing yin and clearing heat, regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, clearing heat of Yingfen to Qifen and invigorating, one of the key is clearing heat of Yingfen to Qifen.
