鹿角类药材的活血祛瘀作用

鹿角类药材包括鹿角、鹿角胶和鹿茸,常用于治疗精神疲倦、腰膝酸痛、阳痿滑精、崩漏带下等虚弱性疾病。笔者通过查阅有关中医药典籍以及现代科学研究的结果,对鹿角类药材的功效进行分析。结果发现,鹿角类药材具有活血化瘀作用,现代实验和药理研究也可以论证这一观点的成立。并发现其活血祛瘀的机制可能跟其对雌激素的双向调节有关。

Antlers include antler, deer-horn glue and velvet, commonly used in the treatment of mental fatigue, waist and knee pain, impotence glide, uterine bleeding and other weak diseases. The author analyzes the efficacy of antler medicines by referring to the results of Chinese medical books and modern scientific research. The results showed that antler drugs have the role of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, and modern experiments and pharmacological studies can also demonstrate the establishment of this view. And it was found that the mechanism of promoting blood circulation stasis may be related to its two-way regulation of estrogen.
