外来药物玛咖的英文数据库文献信息计量统计分析

Analysis of foreign drug maca(Lepidium meyenii Walp.) on information bibliometrics by English literature

目的:文章应用信息计量学方法分析了近15年外来药物玛咖的研究概况。方法:通过对文献的数据分析,采用Citespace4.5.R1软件对文献内容进行可视化分析处理,总结其研究热点、研究特征以及发展趋势,为玛咖进一步深入研究及应用提供依据。结果:文献来源为Web of Science(Wo S)数据库,纳入分析的文献共计301篇,发表年限自2001年起至2015年止。结果表明,近15年来平均每年发表文章21.64篇,受各类基金资助的文献数共计116篇,其中受到NIH、PNCSTIC及KIOM基金资助的文献发表最多,各有3篇。载文量最多的杂志是《ANDROLOGIA》,载文共8篇,引文量最多的杂志是《JOURNAL OF ETHNOPHARMACOLOGY》,被引次数共计263次,研究领军人物为Gonzales G F,研究热点地区主要分布在南北美洲及欧洲等国家,研究内容涵盖了化学成分、作用机制、不同品种间药理作用对比及临床实验等。结论:文章的研究结果为玛咖在我国的研究与应用提供了依据,为扩大我国药用资源奠定了基础,并为玛咖的深入研究提出展望——应该充分利用外来药物前沿科研成果,发扬我国引入外来药物的优良传统将其引入中药,促进中医药事业的可持续发展,推动中医药的国际化进程。

Objective： This paper analyzed the research situation of foreign drug maca in the past 15 years by the information metrology method. Methods： Through the data analysis of the literature, Citespace 4.5.R1 software was used to visualize the contents of the literature. Besides, the research hotspots, research characteristics and development trend of maca were summarized. Thus, it will provide the experimental basis for further research and application of maca. Results： The literature comes from the Web of Science（Wo S） database, and there were 301 papers in all, the published year is a range from 2001 to 2015. The results show that the average number of articles published was about 21.64 in the past 15 years, 116 literatures funded by various funds in totally. Among these funds, the largest number of articles published was funded by the NIH, the PNCSTIC and the KIOM foundation, it each have three articles. The most popular magazine was ANDROLOGIA, which had eight articles in totally. The magazine with the most citations was JOURNAL OF ETHNOPHARMACOLOGY, which was cited 263 times. The research leader of maca is Gonzales G F, and the research hot spots are mainly distributed in the north and south America and Europe and other countries, the study includes the chemical composition, the mechanism of action, the comparison of pharmacological effects between the different varieties and clinical experiments. Conclusion： The results of this paper will provide the experimental basis for the research and application of Maca in China, and lay the foundation for enlarging our medicinal resources in China. What＇s more, we will put forward some prospection for the further research of maca, such as, making full use of the research results of foreign drug frontiers., introducing the good tradition of foreign medicine into Chinese medicine, promoting the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine and the internationalization of TCM.
