Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the method of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and invigorating the kidney on the prevention and treatment of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 122 patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction were randomly divided into three groups. The control group was treated with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine granule mimetic. The original program group was treated with western medicine basic therapy and Bushen Jiangya Granules. The optimization program group was treated with the basic therapy and Yiqi Huoxue Bushen Jiangya Granules. The course of the treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The clinical effect of the method of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and invigorating the kidney on the prevention and treatment of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction was observed. Results: The E/Ea ratio of the optimization program group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Bushen Jiangya Formula can reduce the E/Ea ratio of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with hypertension, improve the left ventricular diastolic filling, the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and the related symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis.
