介绍了大断面球墨铸铁件中常见的缺陷等.论述了这些缺陷的预防措施,包括:(1)铸型应具有足够的刚度;(2)铁液的化学成分中元素之间要平衡;(3)采用较低的浇注温度,对于高要求的核电、风电铸件,铁水应在1500℃以上的温度过热静置;(4)采用滞后孕育处理.
Some common defects present in heavy section nodular iron castings were introduced. Essential precautions against these defects were described, including (a)the casting mould should have sufficient rigidity,(b)the elements in molten iron composition are in equilibrium,(c)lower pouring temperature should be used, and the molten iron should be overheat standed at not less than 1500℃ in producing nodular castings used for nuclear and wind-driven generators. (d)later inoculation treatment is to be used.
