摘要
简要介绍了SPECTRO MAXx直读光谱仪的应用范围.对N、C及Cr等3种元素进行分析对比,分析检测结果表明：检测的准确度与相应铸钢物质放在相应通道,及用作类型标准化的标样的化学成分值密切相关;选择与被测铸钢样品钢种一致的通道,及所要控制的成分值越接近的标样,其检测出的铸钢样品元素值的准确性越可靠.
Applications of a SPECTRO MAXx spectrometer were introduced. Such three elements as nitrogen, carbon and chromium were analyzed and compared. The results showed that with the help of the standard sample with similar composition of the cast steel standard sample being tested within 8h.The test results are closely related to the standardized sample element values.
