摘要
叶轮铸件的结构比较复杂.为此,在铸型的合适位置放置冷铁,并采用型壳淬水技术进行浇注,使叶轮铸件得到了良好的补缩.生产实际表明,叶轮铸件的成品率从改进前平均45%不到提高到目前的平均52%左右,且叶轮铸件的质量稳定.
The impeller castings are complex in configuration. For this fact, chill was placed in an appropriate position of the casting mould, and a quenching of the shell in water was employed, and, as a result, the impeller castings were well fed. From the practical production result it was showed that production yield of the impeller castings was stably increased from lass than 45% to about 52%.
