基于质量信息追溯的综合管理体系在铸钢企业中的应用

Application of an integrated management system based on quality information trace in cast steel enterprises

针对传统质量管理方式存在的问题，在分析铸钢件质量信息流转的基础上，提出了基于质量信息追溯的综合质量管理体系。定义了该体系的功能、职责，基于上述理论和方法在实际中应用，应用结果表明：信息追溯与生产过程紧密结合，能打破“质量黑箱”，为大型铸钢件质量的提升提供保证。

Aiming at problems present in traditional quality management methods, according to the analysis of the quality information flow, a integrated quality management system based on quality information trace was put forward.The function and duties for this system were defined, and the system has been applied in the Kocel Steel Foundry. The actual applications show that the information trace can combine with the production process, to break the ＂quality black box＂, and to provide a powerful guarantee for quality of heavy steel castings.
