工科本科生就业现状及就业质量提升探析——基于S大学D专业2017届本科生就业调查

An Analysis on the Employment Status and Employment Quality Improvement of Engineering Undergraduates——Based on D Major of S University in 2017 Undergraduates Employment Surveys

大学生就业问题一直是社会关注的焦点,工科本科生是我国众多大学生中的主力军。以工科本科生为着眼点,通过S大学D专业2017届工科本科生的就业数据统计,分析工科本科生的就业现状,归纳工科本科生的就业特点及影响就业的因素,试图从职业认知、专业技能、发挥合力、创业培训四方面提出提升其就业质量的对策,最终希望在实践层面能够促进工科本科生更好更精准的实现就业。

The employment of college students has always been the focus of society, and the engineering undergraduates are the main force among them in China.Based on the engineering undergraduates＇ view, the paper analyzes their employment status and summarizes their employment characteristics and factors affecting employment through the employment data statistics of the D major of S university in 2017.The study tries to put forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of employment from four aspects： professional cognition,professional skills,joint forces and entrepreneurial training.Finally, I hope to promote the engineering undergraduate students to achieve better and more accurate employment in the practical level.
