摘要
通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等手段,研究了左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)/灰皮胶原纤维复合材料的界面结构、PLLA的晶相结构以及热力学性能。结果表明:PLLA与灰皮胶原纤维间存在较强的分子间作用,使得复合材料中PLLA与灰皮胶原纤维间具有较强的界面结合能力。灰皮胶原纤维对PLLA具有强烈的异相成核作用,不仅提高了PLLA的结晶速率,还能够促进其生成晶体结构更为完善和热力学更稳定的α相晶体。
The interfacial structure, crystal structure and thermal properties of Poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA)/ limed hide collagen fibers composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results show that there exists strong hydrogen bonding interaction between PLLA and limed hide collagen fibers, which gives the PLLA and the liming hide collagen fiber excellent interfacial binding ability. The limed hide collagen fibers have high nucleation ability toward the PLLA as demonstrated with the increasing of crystallization rate and the formation of α-form PLLA crystals with more thermodynamic stability.
