摘要
将自制的水性环氧树脂复鞣剂与市售丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂分别应用于山羊鞋面革复鞣工艺中,考察了水性环氧树脂和丙烯酸树脂对复鞣后坯革的增厚率、收缩温度、物理机械性能以及废液中的铬含量、COD、BOD等指标的影响,结果表明:与市售丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂相比,水性环氧树脂复鞣后坯革的物理机械性能有所提升,废水中总铬含量、BOD、COD均有所降低。
The prepared waterborne epoxy resin retanning agent and the commercial acrylic resin retanning agent were used in goatskin retanning process. Retanning effects of waterborne epoxy resin and acrylic resin of leather including thickening rate, shrinkage temperature, physical and mechanical properties, chrome content, COD, BOD and other indicators were evaluated. Results show that the physical and mechanical properties of the waterborne epoxy resin retanning leather are better than that of acrylic resin. The contents of total chromium, BOD and COD in waste water decrease.
