长效抗逆转录病毒药物研究进展

The development of long acting anti-retrovirus drugs

由于抗逆转录病毒药物的发展及广泛应用,全世界范围内新增加的感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)患者的数量和感染致死率都得到了有效控制。在缺少彻底根治HIV感染的措施下,长效抗逆转录病毒药物被认为是目前最为实际,也是效果最好的抑制病毒复制和改善患者治疗体验和生活质量的疗法。本文就长效抗逆转录病毒药物的研究、应用现状及最新的发展方向进行简要概述。

Basing on the rapid development and wide use of anti-retrovirus drugs,HIV-infected patient number and mortality rate have been controlled effectively in the world. Currently,the use of long-acting anti-retrovirus drug are considered as the best effective and practical therapy in suppressing virus replication,increasing life quality and improving drug adherence. This review introduce the current state and the newest development on long-acting anti-retrovirus drugs briefly.
