摘要
目的:研究云南少数民族小学教师的总体幸福感现状、人格特征以及相关关系。方法:首先对总体幸福感量表(GWB)进行修订,并使用由中科院的心理学家张建新教授修订的大五人格问卷(NEO)对云南省438名少数民族小学教师进行正式测试。结果:大五人格测试中,女性外倾性得分显著高于男性(t=-4.820;P〈0.01);在人格测试得分中,不同教龄小学教师在宜人性(F=3.538;P〈0.001)、道德感两项得分有显著差异(F=5.959;P〈0.001);总体幸福感与神经质、外倾性均呈现显著性相关(r=0.107~0.295,P〈0.05);通过回归分析发现,大五人格与"总体幸福感"效标变量的多元相关系数为0.339,多元相关系数的平方数为0.159。结论:少数民族小学教师的人格对总体幸福感有重要的影响。
Objective:To Study General Well-being and personalities of ethnic minority primary school teachers in Yunnan and their relationship.Methods:Revised General Well-being(GWB)chart and Big Five Questionnaire(NEO)issued by psychologist professor Zhang Jianxin from Chinese Academy of Sciences were used to investigate 438 ethnic minority primary teachers in Yunnan province for a formal test.Results:Female's extroversion score was significantly higher than male's(t=4.820,P〈0.01);In the personality test scores,agreeableness(F=3.538,P0.001),and moral scores had significant differences between different teacher experiences(F=5.959,P 0.001);general well-being,neuroticism,extroversion had significant correlation(r=0.107~ 0.295,P〈0.05);The big five personality and "general well-being" criterion variable multiple correlation coefficient was 0.339,the square of the multiple correlation coefficient was 0.159.Conclusion:Ethnic minority primary school teachers' personality has important effect to overall well-being.
