高职生内隐群体认同现状及社会认同威胁效应

摘要 目的:了解高职学生内隐群体认同现状,以此为基础探讨在高职生群体中存在的社会认同威胁效应。方法:采用内隐联结测验技术对107名高职生内隐群体认同现状进行实验研究,分别从内隐群体认同的内隐自我分类和内隐群体自尊两个纬度进行测量。结果:高职生内隐群体认同的两个纬度出现分离。表现为在内隐自我分类上效应显著(t=9.249,P〈0.001),而在内隐群体自尊上负效应显著(t=-9.089,P〈0.001)。结论:在内隐层面,高职学生倾向于将自我与高职群体进行联结,但同时对高职群体态度消极,出现社会认同威胁效应。面对内隐社会认同威胁,高职生采用的主要策略为继续留在该群体,但保持对该群体的消极态度。 Objective:Based on the study the implicit group identity of highervocational college students,the effect of social identity threat was discussed.Methods:Implicit association test was used to study the two dimensions of implicit group identity,which were self-classification and implicit group self-esteem in 107 higher vocational college students.Results:The effect of implicit self-classification was significant(t=9.249,P0.001)while the negative effect of implicit group self-esteem was significant(t=-9.089,P0.001).Conclusion:At the implicit level,higher vocational students tend to link themselves with higher vocational groups,but at the same time have negative attitude of higher vocational groups,then have social identity threat effect.Facing the threat of implicit social identity,the main strategy adopted by vocational students is to remain in the group,but to maintain the negative attitude towards the group.
