摘要
目的:探讨心理行为干预在学龄期癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年6月-2016年5月收治的学龄期癫痫患儿90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组给予包括健康宣教、用药指导、安全防范等常规护理干预,观察组联合应用心理行为干预,随访1年,比较两组认知水平、适应行为能力等指标。结果:观察组、对照组患儿实际完成随访分别为43例、41例。观察组言语智商、操作智商、总智商等评分均明显高于对照组(t=5.887~7.254,P〈0.05);感觉运动、生活自理、语言发展、个人取向、社会责任、时空定向、劳动技能、经济活动等适应行为评分明显高于对照组(t=4.875~8.556)。结论:心理行为干预有助于提高学龄期癫痫患儿认知水平,培养良好的适应行为能力。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of psycho-behavior intervention on school-age children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 90 cases of school-age children with epilepsy admitted to hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in control group were performed routine nursing intervention including health education,medication guidance and security protection,and based on this,patients in observation group were also performed psycho-behavior intervention.After follow-up visit for 1 year,the cognitive level,adaptive behavior and ability and other indexes of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:There were respectively 43 cases and 41 cases of children in observation group and control group who actually completed the follow-up visit.The scores of verbal intelligence quotient,performance intelligence quotient and full scale intelligence quotient in observation group were significantly higher than in control group(t=5.887~7.254,P〈0.05,P〈0.01);The scores of adaptive behaviors including sensorimotor,life self-care,language development,individual orientation,social responsibility,space-time orientation,labor skills and economic activities were significantly higher than those in control group(t=4.875~8.556,P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion:Psycho-behavior intervention can help to improve the cognitive level of school-age children with epilepsy and cultivate favorable adaptive behavior and ability.
