乡村振兴视野的新型职业农民培育:浙省个案 被引量:93

The Cultivation of New Occupational Peasants from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

摘要 运用人力资本投资理论,构建影响农民教育行为决策的理论模型,研究影响农民培训满意度的因素。选择新型职业农民培育典型模式之一的湖州进行实证检验。研究结果显示,在理论设定的教育环境、角色定位、教育条件三大方面的14个因素中,只有农民对其他教育或培育的评价、农民受教育情况、农民对培训后自身能力提高的预期或者结果、对师资质量的满意度,对农民满意度产生显著影响。应以实施重大教育培训项目为抓手,加大职业农民培育力度;以农民需求为导向,着力提升农民职业教育精准性;以加强培训平台建设为抓手,着力提升农民职业教育质量,积极创建良好的培育环境。 The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors that influence the training satisfaction of farmers, by using the theory of human capital investment to constructs a theoretical model that influences farmer education behavior decision. Field survey in Huzhou, which is one of typical models for cultivating new professional farmers. are applied in the paper. The results show that: Though the theory set 14 factors from the education environment, role orientation and education conditions, only 4 factors that are farmers' evaluation of other education or cultivation, farmers' education level, farmers' expectations of their ability improvement after training, farmers' satisfaction of teachers' quality, have significant impacts on the satisfaction of farmers. The major education training program should be implemented to strengthen the cultivation of professional farmers. Focus on farmers' needs to improve the accuracy of farmer's professional education. Strengthen the training platform to improve the quality of the farmers' professional education, and actively create a good breeding environment.
