集束法干预对首台手术开台准点率的效果观察

Effect of cluster intervention on the punctuality rate of the first surgery

目的观察集束法干预提高首台手术开台准点率的效果。方法成立首台手术开台准点率督查组,通过分析总结,找出问题,针对性的采取集束法干预措施,如制定目标与制度,多学科部门的沟通协调,麻醉科手术室工作时间及模式的改进等一系列措施来提高手术开台准点率,以2015年6~9月集束法干预前的2 050例首台手术为对照组,干预后的2016年6~9月的2 100例首台手术为观察组,比较两组手术患者入室准点率、安全核查准点率、麻醉准点率、刀碰皮准点率,应用SPSS21.0软件进行统计学处理。结果经过集束法干预,首台手术开台准点率明显提高,观察组首台手术刀碰皮准点率为95.2%,入室准点率为98.0%,安全核查准点率为96.4%,麻醉准点率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的65.2%、91.4%、75.6%、74.9%,差异均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论集束法干预优化了手术科室工作流程,提高了首台手术开台准点率。

Objective To improve the punctuality rate of the beginning of the first surgery through cluster intervention. Methods A inspector team had been organized to inspect the punctuality rate of the beginning of the first surgery, by analyzing, find out the problems, and taking cluster intervention measures to improve the punctuality rate, such as setting goals and regulations, strengthening communication and coordination among multidisciplinary departments,improving working time and mode of the operating room. The 2 050 cases of first surgery before the implementation of cluster intervention from June 2015 to September 2015 were taken as the control group, and 2 100 cases of first operation from June to September in 2016 after implementation of cluster intervention were taken as the observation group.The punctuality rates of entering operating room, safety check, anesthesia, first scalpel were compared between the two groups. SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The results showed that the puncture rate of the first scalpel, entering operating room, safety check, anesthesia were 95.2%, 98.0%, 96.4%, 96.0% in the observation group, significantly higher than 65.2%, 91.4%, 75.6%, 74.9% in the control group（P0.01）. Conclusion The cluster intervention can help optimize the working flow of operating room and improve the punctuality rate of the first surgery.
