手术室护理干预应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of operating room nursing intervention in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer

目的在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中应用手术室护理干预措施,以此分析手术室护理干预的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年12月~2017年5月在我院腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗的患者资料100例,并按照不同的护理配合方法分为研究组和对照组,分别予以常规护理、手术室护理配合措施;分析两组患者的感染发生率、吻合口漏发生率、肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、手术出血量、护理满意度。结果组间患者的感染发生率、吻合口漏发生率、肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、手术出血量、护理满意度指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组上述指标更具有优势性,即研究组的感染发生率、吻合口漏发生率、肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、手术出血量均明显降低,护理满意度更高。结论对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者实施手术室护理,可以降低患者的感染发生率、吻合口漏发生率,缩短患者的肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间,有效减轻了患者的痛苦,且患者易于接受该种护理模式。

Objective To apply operating room nursing intervention in laparoscopic radical resection of coloreetal cancer, in order to analyze the clinical effect of operating room nursing intervention. Methods The data of 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer from December 2016 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. And the patients were grouped in accordance with the different methods of nursing cooperation, including the study group and the control group. And the patients in the control group and the study group were given routine nursing and operating room nursing cooperation measures. The incidence of infection among patients in the group, the inci- dence of anastomotic leakage, intestinal function recovery time, length of hospital stay, surgical blood loss and nursing satisfaction between groups were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of infection, the incidence of anastomotic leakage, intestinal function recovery time,length of hospital stay, surgical bleeding and nursing satisfaction between the two groups （P〈0.05）. And the study group was more advantageous in the above data,namely the incidence of infection,the incidence of anastomotic leakage,intestinal function recovery time,length of hospital stay, surgical bleeding were significantly lower and nursing satisfaction was higher in the study group. Conclusion The operating room nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can re- duce the incidence of infection, the incidence of anastomotic leakage, shorten the recovery time of intestinal function and length of hospitalization, and effectively alleviate the patient＇s illness. And patients are easy to accept this kind of care model.
