对偶“风筝”皮瓣在面部创面修复中的应用

Application of coupled kite flap in the repair of facial wound

目的探讨对偶"风筝"皮瓣在面部创面修复中的应用及其美学效果。方法对15例颜面部皮肤软组织缺损的患者采用对偶"风筝"皮瓣修复,其中良性病变9例,恶性肿瘤6例。皮瓣的宽度等于或略小于缺损的横径,两个对偶皮瓣的总长度为缺损的2~3倍。将两个皮瓣相向创面推进修复创面,直接缝合。结果所有皮瓣均存活良好,颜色、质地与周围皮肤相同或相近,瘢痕不明显。结论对偶"风筝"皮瓣能有效修复面部中等面积创面。

Objective To explore the application and aesthetic effect of coupled kite flap in repairing facial wounds. Methods 15 cases of facial skin and soft tissue defect were treated with coupled kite flap, including 9 cases of benign lesions and 6 cases of malignant tumors. The width of the flap was equal to or slightly less than the defect＇s horizontal diameter, and the total length of the coupled flaps was 2-3 times the size of the defect. The two flaps faced to the wound promote to repair wounds and direct suture. Results All flaps survived well, with the same or similar color and texture as the surrounding skin, without obvious scar. Conclusion The coupled kite flap can effectively repair facial wound of medium size.
