右室中位间隔起搏治疗缓慢型心律失常的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of right ventricular median septal pacing in the treatment of slow arrhythmia

目的分析右室中位间隔起搏治疗缓慢型心律失常的临床疗效。方法纳入我院2016年2月—2017年8月心内科接诊的64例缓慢型心律失常患者,随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32),对照组患者接受右室心尖部起搏,观察组患者接受右室中位间隔起搏,观察2组治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组心室电极植入时间及透视时间、术后心室电极的单极阈值、感知、阻抗、LVEF情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组心室起搏心电图QRS波宽度和SPWMD明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右室中位间隔起搏治疗缓慢型心律失常的效果显著,且不良反应少,安全性高,可在临床大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of right ventricular septal pacing in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia.nethods the study used a randomized controlled trial, during in our hospital during February 2016-- 2017 August, 64 cases of patients with slow arrhythmia Department of Cardiology admissions,patients were randomly divided into control group （n=32） and observation group （n=32）,the control group received right ventricular septal pacing, patients in the observation group received right ventricular interval to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of pacing.Results the observation group and the control group the ventricular electrode implantation time and fluoroscopy time,postoperative unipolar threshold, ventricular electrode perception,impedance, LVEF comparison, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;observation group ventricular pacing ECG QRS wave width and SPWMD was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Right ventricular septal pacing is effective in the treatment of slow arrhythmia, with less adverse reactions and high safety. It can be widely promoted in clinic.
