孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效探讨

Efficacy of Montelukast combined with Budesonide in the treatment of chronic cough in children

目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法对我院2014年11月—2016年11月间收治的88例小儿慢性咳嗽患儿实施分组治疗,对照组采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组联合使用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.5%,显著高于对照组的79.5%(P<0.05)。结论对小儿慢性咳嗽患儿联合使用孟鲁司特钠以及布地奈德治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,促进患儿康复。

Objective To observe the analysis of Montelukast Combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with chronic cough treatment.Methods Secleeted 88 cases of children with chronic cough in children with treatment group,eases from November 2014 to November 2016,while the control group adopted budesonide inhalation therapy ,the observation group combined with montelukast treatment,44 cases in each .Results The clinical effect of the observation group was 95.5%, significantly higher than that of the control group 79.5% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of children with chronic cough combined with montelukast and budesonide can effectively improve the treatment effect and promote the rehabilitation of children.
