摘要
目的分析低剂量CT影像引导下肺部肿瘤微创治疗的效果。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月在我院治疗的肺部肿瘤患者102例作为观察对象,通过单双号分组法将其分为对照组以及试验组,2组患者均进行微创治疗。其中对照组51例患者采用常规剂量的CT影像引导,试验组51例患者采用低剂量CT影像引导。对比分析2组患者的肺部肿瘤影像学质量评分、疼痛程度VAS评分、治疗总有效率情况;同时观察2组患者的满意度。结果试验组患者的肺部肿瘤影像学质量评分为(78.76±5.49)分,与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后试验组患者的VAS评分为(2.16±0.22)分,低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的满意度为98.04%,高于对照组的86.27%(P<0.05)。结论肺部肿瘤患者在低剂量CT影像引导下进行微创治疗的效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of low-dose CT imaging on minimally invasive treatment of lung cancer. Methods A total of 102 patients (22 June 2015 to 22 June 2016) who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group 2 by odd and even number grouping. The patients were treated with minimally invasive treatment. The control group of 51 patients with conventional dose of CT images to guide the experimental group of 5l patients with low-dose CT image guidance. To compare the two groups of patients with lung tumor imaging quality score, pain degree (VAS) score, the total effective rate of treatment, while observing the satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results After radiotherapy with different doses of CT, the radiographic score of lung tumor in the experimental group was (78.76 ± 5.49), there was no significant difference compared with the control group (P〉0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group was (P0.01 ± 0.22 ), which was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).There was a significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups (86.27%)was better than that in the control group (P〈0.05)The satisfaction rate was 98.04%, the satisfaction rate of the control group was 86.27%, the former was significantly higher than the latter, P〈0.05. Conclusion Under the guidance of low dose CT image,the effect of minimally invasive treatment of patients with lung cancer is remarkable, and it is worthy to be popularized in the future.
