摘要
通过观察5组(正常组、高脂对照组、普通酯化淀粉组、蜡质酯化淀粉组和高直链酯化淀粉组)雄性Wistar大鼠肝脏HE染色切片并分别测定其血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT/GPT)、谷草转氨酶(AST/GOT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活力,考察了在大鼠形成高脂血症过程中RS4型抗性淀粉对肝功能代谢紊乱及肝损伤的修复作用。结果表明,抗性淀粉对高脂饲料致高脂血症大鼠的肝功能代谢紊乱有较好的调节和改善作用,以期为有效改善饮食引起的肝功能紊乱研究提供理论依据。
Through observing liver HE dyeing sections of male Wistar rats of five groups (normal group, high fat control group, normal esterified starch group, waxy esterified starch group and high amylose esterified starch group) and detecting the activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT/GPT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST/GOT) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in serum, the repairing effects of RS4 resistant starch on the metabolic disorders of liver function and liver injury during the formation of hyperlipidemia in rats were investigated. The results revealed that resistant starch could regulate and improve the metabolism disorder of hyperlipidemia rats liver function induced by high fat diet well, and provided a theoretical basis for the research of reducing metabolism disorder of liver function effectively caused by the obesity diet.
