摘要
为了探究湿豆渣在热风干燥过程中的水分变化规律,在控制铺料密度和风速恒定的条件下,研究豆渣在不同热风温度条件下(40、50、60、70、80℃)的干燥特性并将干燥过程与几种常见的数学模型进行拟合。试验结果表明:Wang and Singh模型能够较好地反应豆渣的热风干燥规律,可以用来控制和预测豆渣热风干燥的进程。
In order to explore the moisture changing patterns of wet bean dregs during hot air drying, the drying characteristics of bean dregs under different temperatures (40, 50, 60, 70, 80 ℃ ) were studied under the condition of controlling the density of the laid stock and the wind speed. At the same time, several different mathematical models were used to describe the changing pattern. The results showed that the model of Wang and Singh was superior to the others in describing the hot air drying curves of bean dregs. So Wang and Singh model could be used to control and predict the process of hot air drying of bean dregs.
