摘要 研究了镀镍铝粉和镀镍石墨分别填充硅橡胶的力学性能、电性能、电磁屏蔽效能及耐电化腐蚀性能。结果表明,在保证良好力学性能前提下,镀镍铝粉填充型硅橡胶具有较好导电性,在30 MHz^1.2GHz频段范围内具有良好屏蔽效能,可提供极好耐电化腐蚀性能。 The mechanical properties,electrical properties,electro-magnetic shielding effectiveness and galvanic corrosion resistance of silicone rubber filled with nickel-plated aluminum powder or nickel-plated graphite were studied.The results showed that the electrical conductivity of silicone rubber filled with nickel-plated aluminum was better under the premise of ensuring good mechanical properties,and had good shielding effect in the range 30 MHz to 1.2 GHz,and could provide excellent galvanic corrosion resistance.
