硫化体系对氢化丁腈橡胶性能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 研究了硫黄硫化体系、过氧化物硫化体系、硫黄/过氧化物复合硫化体系对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化特性及力学性能、压缩永久变形和耐热氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,硫黄硫化胶力学性能和压缩永久变形较好;当DCP用量为4~5份时,HNBR硫化胶力学性能和耐热氧老化性能达到最优;在3种硫化体系中,硫黄/过氧化物复合硫化体系有利于提高硫化胶拉断伸长率和撕裂强度。 Effects of sulfur curing system,peroxide curing system and sulfur/peroxide curing system on curing characteristic,mechanical properties,compression set,heat oxide aging resistance of HNBR were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties and compression set of the blend cured by sulfur curing system were good.The mechanical properties and heat oxide aging resistance of HNBR were optimum when DCP content was 4~5 phr.The elongation at break and tear strength could be increased by using sulfur/peroxide curing system.
