摘要
测试了SS、SMS纺黏复合型非织造布材料的性能和特点,分析比较了不同面密度(克质量)试样的厚度、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、透气性、透湿性、硬挺度、抗紫外线性能、耐磨性、顶破性能、撕裂性能、拒水性、尺寸稳定性等,实验发现SS、SMS复合型非织造布材料的断裂强力、断裂伸长率,透气量、透湿量、顶破性能等均与克质量和厚度有一定关系,得出SS、SMS复合型非织造布具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在纺织工业上有广泛的应用,实验结果为进一步开发产品提供一定的参考依据。
The properties and characteristics of SS,SMS spunbonded composite nonwovens are tested. The thickness,breaking strength,elongation at break,gas permeability,moisture permeability,stiffness,anti-ultraviolet performance,wear resistance,bursting strength,tear performance,water repellency,dimensional stability and so on of the samples with different surface density( gram mass) were analyzed and compared. It is found that the breaking strength,elongation at break,gas permeability,moisture permeability,bursting strength and so on of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric are related to the gram mass and thickness. It is concluded that the SS,SMS composite nonwovens have unique properties and are suitable for the development of various functional products and are widely used in the textile industry. The experimental results provide some references for the further development of the products.
