骨通贴膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical effect and safety of Gu Tong plaster in treating knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨骨通贴膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月于江油市中医医院就诊的112例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组56例患者予以常规治疗,试验组56例患者在常规治疗基础上同时给予骨通贴膏治疗,均治疗6周后分析比较两组间的临床疗效及安全性。结果试验组患者整体疗效显著高于对照组,尤其是痊愈率及显效率,同时其不良反应发生率也显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用骨通贴膏治疗膝骨关节炎能显著改善患者的临床症状及关节功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Gu Tong plaster in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From October 2015 October 2016 to jiangyou City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine for the study of 112 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into two groups,conventional treatment of 56 patients in the control group,group 56 patients in routine treatment while giving Gu Tong plaster,bone quality,Were compared between the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment the clinical efficacy and safety.Results Overall efficacy of experimental group patients was significantly higher than the control group,particularly cured rate and efficiency,while the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Gu Tong plaster in the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee can significantly improve symptoms and joint function,and high security.
