长期注射RKBL凝胶剂对兔阴道及直肠上皮细胞影响的研究

The effects of long-term use of red kidney bean lectin gel on vaginal and rectal epithelial cells of rabbits

目的对比长期使用红芸豆植物凝集素(red kidney bean lectin,RKBL)和壬苯醇醚(nonoxynol,N-9)对雌性兔阴道及雄性兔子直肠黏膜上皮细胞的影响。方法使用相同浓度的RKBL凝胶剂和N-9,分别于雌兔阴道和雄兔直肠连续给药6个月。然后经耳缘静脉注射空气处死兔子,取出阴道及雄兔的直肠组织进行固定,制作石蜡切片。显微镜下观察不同处理组阴道和直肠组织的细胞形态学变化。结果 RKBL凝胶剂给药组的雌兔阴道和雄兔直肠黏膜上皮细胞均结构保持完整;而使用N-9凝胶的雌兔阴道和雄兔直肠黏膜上皮细胞均表现出不同程度的破损。结论长期使用RKBL对阴道和直肠黏膜上皮细胞无损伤作用。

Objective To explore the effects of long-term use of red kidney bean lectin（RKBL）on vaginal epithelial cells of female rabbits and rectal epithelial cells of male ones.Methods RKBL was administered vaginally to female rabbits and rectally to male rabbits for 6 months by 48 hinterval,meanwhile nonoxynol（N-9）was given by the same way at the same concentration as positive control.Results Were sacrificed by ear vein air injection,vaginal and rectal tissues were removed and fixed in 10% formaldehyde,paraffin sections were made and stained with hematoxylin.The morphological changes of vaginal and rectal tissues were observed under microscope.Results Histopathological analysis showed that the mucosa epithelial cells of female vaginal tissues and male rectal tissues in RKBL group were intact and remained normal,while,cells from rabbits in nonoxynol group were morphologically abnormal.Conclusions long-term use of RKBL is safe for vaginal and rectal mucosal epithelial cells of rabbits.
