白菜球色具有丰富的色彩,主要包括白色、浅黄色、黄色、桔红色和紫色等类型。主要介绍了浅黄色、黄色、桔红色和紫色类型的白菜品种及其彩色性状的遗传规律、基因的染色体定位以及营养品质成分方面的研究,旨在为育种者选育不同球色白菜品种和市民正确食用不同白菜提供参考。
Chinese cabbage presents different heading colors which contain white, light-yellow, yellow, orange, purple and so on. Cultivars, heredity and genes localization on chromosomes of the colored characters and nutrition related to four heading colors were included in the article in order to provide references for breeders to breed cultivars of different colors and for consumers to select different cultivars.
