摘要
目的研究褐藻羊栖菜Sargassum fusiforme的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和制备HPLC等技术方法进行化学成分分离,运用核磁共振波谱和质谱等数据,并结合文献鉴定化合物的结构。结果从羊栖菜乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲醛(1)、2,5-二羟基苯甲醛(2)、尿黑酸(3)、尿黑酸乙酯(4)、对羟基苯甲酸(5)、5-乙氧基甲基尿嘧啶(6)、黑麦草内酯(7)、异黑麦草内酯(8)、schiffnerilolide(9)、焦谷氨酸乙酯(10)。结论化合物1~10为首次从羊栖菜中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the brown algaSargassum fusiforme.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel,ODS,sephadex,and preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods,including MS,1 Dand 2 DNMR spectral techniques,and comparison with the data of literatures.Results Ten compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the brown algaS.fusiforme,and were identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1)、2,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(2)、homogentisic acid(3)、ethyl homogentisate(4)、p-hydroxybenzoic acid(5)、5-ethoxymethyl uracil(6)、loliolide(7)、isololiolide(8)、schiffnerilolide(9)and ethyl pyroglutamate(10).Conclusion Compounds 1~10 were firstly isolated from this alga.
