基于单片机的电能表接线方式智能检测

摘要 10 k V三相三线电能表有192种接线方式。现有确定错误接线的方法有人工六角图法、控制计算机检测法等,前者费时,后者投资大。所述算法采用单片机智能检测,信号取自现场电能表接线盒,成机小而轻,便于携带,成本低,效率高,只需测量4个相位差。从电压体系、电流体系各自的相位差入手,分头判别两个体系的接线种类,利用单片机的存储功能,使电压系统、电流系统建立起联系,快速判别接线方式。 10 k V three-phase and three-wire energy meter has 192 wiring modes. Currently methods for determining error wiring are manual six angle diagram and control computer detection method,etc. The former method takes more time,and the latter consumes more investment. The algorithm proposed in this paper uses the single chip microcomputer for intelligent detection. The signal is obtained from the junction box of field energy meter. The machine has the advantages of portability,low cost and high efficiency. This algorithm only needs to measure the 4 phase differences. Begining with the phase difference of voltage system and current system,the wiring types of two systems are determined respectively. Using the storage function of the SCM to establish a connection between the voltage system and the current system to quickly determine the wiring mode.
