摘要 目的 :探讨中药落地生根对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :用落地生根水浸出液给小鼠灌胃 ,检测小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和IL 2的产生及骨髓细胞的增殖反应。结果 :高剂量落地生根 (8mg·kg-1,ig) ,能显著增强脾淋巴细胞增殖反应 ,与生理盐水对照组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;对细胞因子IL 2的产生也有促进作用 ,与生理盐水对照组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。但对骨髓细胞增殖无明显影响 ,低剂量落地生根 (5g·kg-1,ig)对以上指标均无明显影响。结论 AIM: To study the immune function of air plant in mice. METHODS: 80% and 50% (water extract of air plant were given to mice (ig), and the spleen lymphocyte proliferation, IL 2 production and bone marrow proliferation were observed. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the lymphocyte proliferation increased significantly in air plant group (8 g·kg -1 , ig) (P< 0.01 ), and IL 2 production increased obviously (P< 0.05 ). There were not obvious effects on the proliferation of bone marrow. Low dose (5 g·kg -1 , ig) of air plant did not show such effects. CONCLUSION: Air plant can enhance immune function in mice.
