摘要
椎基底动脉延长扩张症（VBD）是以椎基底动脉显著扩张、延长、扭曲为特点的脑血管变异性疾病，其发病机制目前尚不清楚。临床上发现VBD患者合并其他疾病的情况并不罕见，如代谢综合征、其他血管畸形疾病、先天性疾病、感染性疾病、免疫相关性疾病等。本文将VBD及其合并症的相关研究进展综述如下．以期为VBD的防治提供指导和借鉴。
Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia （VBD） is a kind of variable cerebrovascular diseases characterized by significant expansion, elongation, and tortuosity of the vertebrobasilar arteries, while VBD mechanism is not entirely clear. Clinical reports regarding the combination of VBD with some other diseases are common, for example, metabolic syndrome, vascular malformations, congenital diseases, infectious diseases, immune-related diseases. Here we systematically review research progress on VBD and its complications from several aspects to help the study of its prevention and treatment.
