Optimization of the Contingency Plan for High Speed Railway Based on Safety Warning Big Data

高铁应急预案对提高运营安全水平具有重要作用,如何建立健全高铁应急预案体系、优化各类应急预案,成为现阶段研究的重点。随着高铁事件案例数据的逐步积累,基于高铁安全预警大数据开展应急预案优化是继模拟仿真、算法优化后的一个新方向。介绍高铁应急预案体系现状,分析应急预案可优化内容和大数据来源;基于典型案例数据,开展高铁应急预案分类、分级、处置方法等研究,为高铁应急预案优化提供新思路和新方法。

The contingency plan is of great significance to the safe operation of high speed railway and it has become the priority of recent research efforts on how to improve the contingency plan system and optimize various contingency plans. As the cases of high speed railway incidents accumulate, the optimization of high speed railway contingency plan based on safety warning big data is the new direction for research after the methods of simulation and algorithm optimization. This paper elaborates the current status of the contingency plan of high speed railway and analyzes the items which can be optimized and the sources of big data. It then studies the classification, grading and countermeasures are studied based on the data of typical cases, so as to provide new ideas and new approaches to the optimization of the plan.
