国外铁路大数据研究与应用现状

Big Data Research and Application of International Railways

摘 要:大数据技术是继云计算、物联网之后信息技术领域的又一次颠覆性革命,"用数据说话、用数据决策、用数据管理、用数据创新"的时代悄然来临。我国铁路正处于供给侧结构性改革的关键时期,统筹开展铁路数据资源的高效汇集和开发应用,是铁路产业转型升级的新动力。近年来,世界主要国家积极开展了铁路大数据应用实践,围绕铁路资产管理、检修管理、运营管理、客户服务等领域,介绍欧洲、美国、日本的铁路大数据研究与应用现状,并提出推进大数据技术在我国铁路应用的建议。

Big data constitutes another disruptive revolution following the emergence of cloud computing and the Internet of things in the field of information technology, and the age of people ＂to speak, decide, manage and innovate with data＂ has come. As China＇s railway sector is in a critical period of supply side structural reform, the efficient collection and use of railway data has become a new power behind the industry＇s transformation and upgrading. In recent years, major countries in the world have actively used big data, and this paper introduces big data study and use in railway asset management, maintenance management, operation management, customer service and other fields in Europe, the United States, and Japan, and puts forward suggestions for applying big data technology in the railway industry of China.
