摘要
针对目前机车车辆生产和检修过程中牵引调车过程繁琐、不安全等问题,依据列车牵引计算和制动理论,研制出适用于机车车辆牵引对位的新技术成果——公铁两用牵车机。对该机进行黏着试验、牵引理论计算、牵引试验、转换试验,给出公铁两用牵车机的各项技术指标,并与机车对比,探讨检修基地内公铁两用牵车机替代调车机的可行性。最后对公铁两用牵车机关键技术进行分析,并介绍其应用场景,指出公铁两用牵车机应用范围的广泛性。
The traction and shunting processes during manufacturing and maintenance of locomotives are quite complicated and unsafe. Based on traction calculation and braking theory, the highway-railway dual purpose locomotive traction machine was developed as a new technical product used in the traction and shunting of locomotives. Adhesion experiment, theoretical calculation of traction, traction experiment and shunting experiment were launched to figure out different technical indicators of the machine. The feasibility of replacing traditional turntable with highway-railway dual purpose locomotive traction machine was then discussed. The analysis on key techniques of the machine was then carried out. The application scenarios of the machine were finally presented, indicating a wide range of applications.
