层合板的一种等强度优化设计方法

摘要 提出了一种按等强度设计的层合板优化方法。首先引入强度比的概念,推导了应变空间下的Tsai-Wu强度判据,建立了各单层的强度比方程;然后以各层厚度为设计变量,以各层强度比趋近于1为设计目标,分别采用等强度算法、智能算法和传统算法的混合算法两种方法开展优化设计。对一平面载荷作用下的对称层合板的优化结果表明:两种方法的优化结果较为一致,均增大了初始强度较大的层组厚度,减小了初始强度较小的层组厚度,优化结果符合等强度优化的力学原理。与智能算法和传统算法的混合算法相比,等强度算法拥有更高的收敛效率,优化后层合板的重量更小。 In this paper, an optimization method for laminated plates is presented according to the equal strength design. Firstly, the concept of intensity ratio is introduced, the strength criterion of Tsai-Wu in the strain space is deduced, and the intensity ratio equation for each layer is established. Then two methods(equal intensity algorithm, hybrid algorithm of intelligent algorithm and traditional algorithm) are used to carry out the optimization with the thickness of each layer as design variable and the intensity of each layer approaches to 1 as the design goal. The optimization results of a symmetrical laminated plate under a plane load show that the results of the two methods are consistent, and the optimization results are in accordance with the principle of equal strength optimization. Compared with the hybrid algorithm, the equal intensity algorithm has higher convergence efficiency; the weight of the optimized plywood is smaller.
