摘要
以柴油机组用聚氨酯隔振器为研究对象,应用有限元软件建立有限元模型并进行仿真分析,得到聚氨酯隔振器在垂向、径向额定加载下参考点的位移,获得聚氨酯隔振器的静刚度、动刚度、固有频率。试验结果表明:聚氨酯胶隔振器的静刚度、动刚度满足工程需求,误差在±15%以内;为聚氨酯隔振器的设计生产提供理论依据和指导。将该研究方法应用于新型聚氨酯隔振器的研发,不仅能缩短聚氨酯隔振器的研制周期,而且可以减少设计成本,一定程度地提高设计精度。
Taking polyurethane isolator used in diesel engine set as the research object, both static and dynamic characteristics of polyurethane isolators are investigated by means of the finite element method. The finite element model of polyurethane isolator is established to get the displacements of the reference point under vertical and radial loads are obtained. The main performance index is obtained by finite element analysis. The results show that the stiffness of the polyurethane isolator meets the designed performance index. The research methods used in development of the polyurethane isolator, not only shorten the development cycle, but also reduce the cost of the design and improve the accuracy.
